
Functional training focuses on how the entire body works together through real life movement patterns: pushing, pulling, rotating, carrying, stabilizing, and changing direction with strength and control.
Our coaches train the body as a whole by improving the coordination between muscular slings and chains that connect the upper and lower body. These systems are responsible for how efficiently you generate force, transfer power, maintain posture, and move through space. When these connections are weak or dysfunctional, compensation patterns develop leading to pain, instability, reduced performance, and unnecessary wear and tear on the joints.
