These policies apply to all clients, guests, trainers, independent contractors, vendors, and visitors of Coral Ridge Fit Collective (“CRFC” or the “Studio”). These guidelines are intended to maintain a safe, professional, clean, and respectful environment for everyone who uses the Studio. By entering or using the Studio, you agree to comply with these policies, as well as any applicable terms of your membership, training agreement, package, waiver, or other agreement with CRFC.
CRFC reserves the right to enforce these policies at its discretion and may restrict, suspend, or terminate a person’s access to the Studio for violations.
Personal Conduct: Everyone at CRFC is expected to treat clients, trainers, contractors, staff, guests, and visitors with professionalism and respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, aggressive behavior, fighting, disruptive conduct, or behavior that interferes with the safety, comfort, or experience of others is not permitted. Sexually inappropriate, suggestive, or unwelcome comments, advances, conduct, or interactions toward clients, trainers, contractors, staff, guests, or visitors are strictly prohibited.
CRFC may immediately remove an individual from the Studio and may suspend or terminate their access or relationship with CRFC for inappropriate or unsafe conduct. Depending on the circumstances, CRFC may permanently prohibit an individual from returning to the Studio.
Professional Environment: CRFC is a private training environment. Everyone using the Studio is expected to contribute to an atmosphere that is professional, welcoming, and conducive to training. Personal disputes, confrontations, solicitation, or other behavior that disrupts training sessions or interferes with another person's use of the Studio are not permitted.
Weapons: Weapons are prohibited inside the Studio to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This policy includes firearms and other weapons or objects carried or possessed for the purpose of causing harm. CRFC reserves the right to take appropriate action, including requiring an individual to leave the Studio and restricting or terminating access, subject to applicable law.
Alcohol, Drugs & Impairment: CRFC is a smoke-free and drug-free facility, including vaping. The use of the Studio or participation in training while under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or any other substance that may impair judgment, coordination, or the ability to participate safely is prohibited. CRFC may refuse access to or discontinue a training session for any individual who appears impaired or whose condition creates a safety concern.
Appropriate Attire: Appropriate athletic attire and footwear are required when using the Studio. Clothing must be suitable for physical activity and reasonably appropriate for a professional training environment. CRFC reserves the right to determine whether attire is appropriate for the Studio.
Equipment: Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and in accordance with trainer instructions. Please return equipment to its designated location after use and treat all Studio property with reasonable care. Weights and other equipment should not be dropped, thrown, or used in a manner that could damage the equipment, flooring, mirrors, or Studio or create an unnecessary safety risk.
Equipment may not be removed from the Studio without prior authorization.
Personal Belongings: Clients and guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables into the Studio. CRFC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items left unattended in the Studio. Bags, purses, coats, and other personal belongings should be kept in designated areas and should not obstruct training areas, walkways, or equipment.
Photography, Video & Recording: Photography and video recording are permitted only when they do not interfere with another person's privacy, training session, or use of the Studio. Do not photograph or record another client, trainer, contractor, or guest without their permission. Commercial photography, filming, or content production at the Studio requires prior approval from CRFC.
Pets & Service Animals: Service animals that are individually trained to perform tasks for an individual with a disability are permitted as required by applicable law. Pets and animals that do not qualify as service animals are not permitted inside the Studio unless specifically authorized by CRFC. Service animals must remain under the handler's control and may be excluded when permitted by applicable law, including when the animal is not housebroken or is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it.
Cleanliness & Hygiene: Clients and guests are expected to maintain reasonable personal hygiene and to wipe down equipment after use when appropriate. Please dispose of trash properly and leave shared spaces in the condition in which you found them. If you are experiencing a contagious illness or other condition that could reasonably pose a health risk to others, please refrain from entering the Studio and contact your trainer regarding your session.
Damage to Studio Property: Clients, guests, and other visitors are responsible for damage to Studio property caused by their intentional or negligent conduct, subject to applicable law. Damage to equipment, flooring, mirrors, fixtures, furniture, or other Studio property should be reported to CRFC as soon as possible.
Responsibility to Report Incidents: Any injury, accident, unsafe condition, property damage, misconduct, or other significant incident occurring at the Studio should be reported to CRFC or the applicable trainer as soon as reasonably possible. When feasible, incidents should be reported within twenty-four (24) hours so that they can be properly documented and addressed.
Guests: Guests are permitted only with prior approval from CRFC or the applicable trainer. Guests must comply with all CRFC policies and may be required to complete any applicable waiver or other documentation before participating in or observing training. The client who brings a guest is responsible for ensuring that the guest follows Studio policies.

Our collection and use of personal information is subject to CRFC's applicable privacy practices and privacy policy.

Cameras are not placed in areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy, such as bathrooms or changing areas. Recorded footage may be accessed or disclosed when reasonably necessary for safety, security, business operations, insurance purposes, legal obligations, or law enforcement requests.
