1. How It Works
Clients of Coral Ridge Fit Collective (“CRFC”) may receive a referral reward for referring a friend, family member, colleague, or acquaintance to CRFC, subject to these Referral Program Terms.
A referral reward is earned when:
The referred individual is a new CRFC personal training client;
The referred individual identifies the Referrer as the person who referred them; and
The referred individual purchases and pays for an eligible personal training package.
Referral rewards are based on the package purchased by the referred client:
10-Session Package: The Referrer receives a $200 credit toward their next 10-session package.
20-Session Package: The Referrer receives a $400 credit toward their next 20-session package.
Referral rewards are issued after payment for the referred client’s qualifying package has been received by CRFC.
2. Eligibility to Participate
The Referrer must be an active CRFC personal training client at the time the referral reward is issued.
CRFC reserves the right to determine whether a referral satisfies the requirements of the Referral Program.
3. Who You Can Refer
Referrals may be made to friends, family members, colleagues, or other individuals who may be interested in personal training at CRFC.
The referred individual must be a new personal training client who has not previously purchased personal training services through CRFC.
A referral is valid only when the referred individual identifies the Referrer as the source of the referral at or before their initial enrollment.
Referral rewards will not be provided for existing CRFC personal training clients, previously enrolled clients, or individuals who independently contacted CRFC before the referral was made.
4. Referral Credits
Referral credits:
Are applied toward the Referrer’s next qualifying personal training package.
Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Are non-transferable.
May not be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise approved by CRFC.
Are not earned until the referred client has paid for the qualifying package.
A $200 referral credit may be applied toward a 10-session package.
A $400 referral credit may be applied toward a 20-session package.
Referral credits do not carry over as cash or account balances beyond the qualifying package unless otherwise approved by CRFC.
5. Referral Program Limitations
Referral rewards are based on the package actually purchased by the referred client. For example, if a referred client purchases a 10-session package, the Referrer receives the $200 reward associated with that package, regardless of whether a different package was discussed during the referral process.
CRFC reserves the right to determine whether a referral is valid and whether the requirements for a referral reward have been satisfied.
6. Prohibited Referral Practices
Referrals must be made through genuine personal relationships and may not be generated through spam, automated methods, fraudulent activity, misleading representations, or other methods intended to manipulate the Referral Program.
CRFC reserves the right to deny or revoke any referral reward, disqualify a participant from the Referral Program, or take other appropriate action if CRFC determines that the program has been misused, abused, or manipulated.
7. Program Changes
The Referral Program is a voluntary client benefit. CRFC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively to referrals made after the effective date of the change.
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Referral Program Terms.
