Jenn is a Coral Ridge native who has been a certified personal trainer for 15 year. She started at World Gym in Ft. Lauderdale in 2010 where she had the privilege of mentorship from old-school bodybuilders. From there she branched out to other disciplines and methodologies like yoga, Animal Flow, Kinstretch, Postural Restoration, and MovNat and began immersing herself in the philosophies of industry experts like Kelly Starrett, Gary Gray, Paul Chek, and Charles Poloquin.
In 2012, she became a trainer at Equinox in Aventura. There she trained a dynamic range of populations, from those with previous injury or surgery to sports specific athletes.
After spending years powerlifting and eventually competing in the USAPL, her priorities shifted toward moving well for the long haul. Today, she specializes in helping clients recover from disc herniations, spinal injuries and other mobility challenges, combining her diverse training background with a passion for sustainable fitness and longevity.
