We’ve designed our assessment to help us understand your unique needs and set you up for success. It’s broken down into three
key parts:
Part 1: Gym Tour
We’ll take you on a tour of our facility, walk you through our equipment, and answer any questions you have. It’s a chance to get comfortable in our space and see how we can support you.
Part 2: Health History & Goals
This is an in-depth interview where we discuss your health background, any concerns you may have, and your fitness goals. It’s all about understanding where you are now, where you want to go, and how we can create a plan to get you there.
The InBody scan uses bioelectrical impedance analysis to measure key metrics like muscle mass, body fat, and lean muscle mass. This serves as our baseline for tracking your progress. We’ll also conduct a short series of movement assessments to evaluate your range of motion, muscle imbalances, and overall balance.
The entire assessment typically takes about an hour.
